Last week, my client sent me a Loom that she recorded right after wrapping a 90-minute call with her own client.

She said:
"That is amazing. I love this. I love the new idea and new structure of doing it this way. Have you changed your prompting? Your prompting is insane.

Whatever prompting you did for this was like 10 out of 10, no notes, like so good.
This is fantastic. I was so impressed with this one. The client was just blown away.

I love this, whatever you've done, keep doing it. Super, super good."

Here's the part that actually got me.

She used to hand off finished course lessons after the 4th call with her clients. Because it would take us 2 rounds to finalize the curriculum and lessons.

But after refining my Course Designer Claude Skill, I was able to create the lesson plans that were so good they're ready to be handed off to a client.

My client said:
"This means that I'm one less call than I had. So that's like a huge deal for me because obviously we could take on more clients if I don't have that fourth call.

This is such a huge reminder for me.

I optimized my own AI delegation process because I wanted to be more efficient. As a result, it also made my client's process more efficient, too.

If it were the old me, I would've just be happy and grateful.

But the me now? I'm quantifying that outcome and turning it into ROI language.

If you think about it, what happened is a capacity unlock. If my client is able to take on 1 more client every month, that's additional $10k in revenue.

All that's a result of optimizing my own AI-assisted delivery workflow.

Now, you might be wondering what changed. There's a couple of them but the biggest one is this: AI runs the execution. I run the thinking.

I'm not handing a course over to Claude and calling it a day. I'm co-creating the lessons by reviewing the output, giving AI feedback and refining it further.

That's what my whole thesis about AI Delegation is about.

AI-assisted delivery with a human running the strategic layer produces better work, faster, than either one alone, esp if you're dealing with creative, strategic work.
